The brief
To research and write a 16-page promotional brochure on the education sector and the current crisis in teacher recruitment, for leading education recruitment agency, Eteach.
Eteach wanted their brochure to have an authoritative academic tone (‘more white paper than marketing tool’), to present their agency as an expert authority with serious weight. It would have a knowledgeable informed audience, being distributed to school and academy leaders, policy-makers, and education professionals.
The challenge
The project required frequent liaison with creative agency Virtuality and the client to pin down the brief and approach, and extensive research into the current landscape of the education sector and its recruitment practices. It also involved a quickly-honed understanding of Eteach themselves, and the audiences and aims of the document.
The results
The brochure went through several drafts up against tight deadlines, and the resulting print was seen as a triumph by Eteach, who were delighted with the tone and content, and have subsequently used it as a flagship document to lobby their cause and advertise their brand and values.
