The brief

The Art of Work are experts in workplace dynamics, helping companies navigate organisational change, leadership culture, agile working and career ownership. They were in the process of designing their website when they approached me (on another client’s recommendation) for my input on brand language and the website’s content.

The challenge

The client had already conducted a branding consultation so had clear ideas as to the brand values and tone of voice they wanted to capture, but my challenge was to take these and ideas and apply them to their considerable and varied web content, from ‘About Us’ and ‘Services’ pages to twenty portfolio case studies. Some content already existed and required recrafting to reflect the newly-articulated brand values, whilst other content had to be composed from scratch. There was a tight timescale before their new site went live; and they also needed their clients to approve any case studies written about them.

The results

The ‘Art of Work’ team having worked so closely on their business, they greatly appreciated an outsider’s expertise in dissecting and clarifying their content, and were thrilled with the results.
